Beatriz Juárez
CEO & Head of Training – CREW International
Engineer, Air Traffic Controller and former Cabin Crew, Beatriz brings extensive experience across commercial, business and private aviation.
Throughout her career, she has worked with leading international operators, including Royal Jordanian as Cabin Crew, served as an engineer on private aircraft for the Saudi Royal Family, and worked as an Air Traffic Controller in both Qatar and Spain. She has also held the role of Cabin Crew Manager for Galistair and One Airways, where she was directly involved in building, training and leading Cabin Crew departments, a position she continues to hold at One Airways.
As Head of Training for CREW International, Beatriz oversees training standards across Palma, Malta and the Middle East, ensuring consistency, regulatory compliance and a strong focus on real operational aviation.
My commitment is focused on delivering the highest training standards to our students, ensuring excellence at every step. I firmly believe that when passion, effort and perseverance come together, success is inevitable.
